Website Terms of Use

  • What do these terms cover?
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DelosWeb website and the services offered through it. By browsing this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms. They were last updated in June 2026, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
  • Who can use this website?
This site is intended for business owners and visitors researching website design services. You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us and to use the site only for lawful purposes connected to those services.
  • Who owns the content on this site?
All text, graphics, logos, layouts, and design on the DelosWeb website belong to DelosWeb unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to view our pages and link to them, but you may not copy, republish, or resell our content without written permission.
  • Is there anything I should not do here?
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse our contact forms, submit harmful code, or use our content to mislead others. We may limit or block access if the site is used in a way that causes harm or breaks these terms.
  • Copyright & image use
All images, icons, fonts, videos, graphics, and written content used by DelosWeb are either owned by us, licensed for use, stock assets we are allowed to use, provided by clients, or used with permission. Images used in demo websites or templates are for visual demonstration purposes only. We do not use images, logos, fonts, icons, or videos taken from Google or other websites without permission or a valid license, and any content shown on a demo must still be legally cleared for our use.
  • Demo & template content disclaimer
Some websites, templates, images, project photos, and other content shown on DelosWeb may be used for demonstration, template, or portfolio purposes only. Demo websites may not represent real or active businesses. Any sample content is provided only to show how a completed website could look. Every demo or template website also carries a visible notice: “Demo website created by DelosWeb. Business information, images, reviews, testimonials, ratings, and project details shown here may be sample content for demonstration purposes only.”

Projects, Payments & Liability

  • How do projects and quotes work?
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. A quote or proposal describes what is included, and changes to that scope may affect the timeline or cost. Nothing on this website is a binding offer on its own.
  • What are your payment terms?
Payment terms, including any deposit and schedule, are set out in your project agreement. Work typically begins after the agreed deposit is received, and remaining balances are due as described in that agreement. Specific amounts depend on the project.
  • What is your refund & cancellation policy?
If you cancel before work begins, any deposit may be refundable minus costs already incurred. Once work has started, payments cover the time and materials already committed and may be non-refundable, as set out in your project agreement. Subscriptions or ongoing services can be cancelled with reasonable notice and end at the close of the current billing period. Exact refund and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is made.
  • Who owns the website once it is built?
Ownership and access are confirmed in your project agreement. As a rule, the finished website and its content transfer to you once the project is fully paid. Third-party items such as fonts, plugins, or stock assets remain under their own licenses.
  • What about liability and changes to these terms?
DelosWeb works to deliver reliable, professional websites, but we cannot guarantee specific business results or uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version always applies. These terms are not a substitute for legal advice.
